Vitamin B Complex Active contains a carefully formulated dosage of all B-vitamins. The product contains as much biologically active forms as possible. The advantage of this is that it does not need to be converted before being used by the body. So it contains natural forms of substances that the body easily can use.

Use of a supplement with riboflavin can provide a (innocent) bright yellow discoloration of the urine.

Use:
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal with plenty of water.
