Including folate if Methylfolaat, Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxaal5 Phosfaat and vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamine.

Ingredients
Modified starch, cellulose, Choline Bitartaat, pantothenic acid (Calcium Pantothenic Acid), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5-Phosphaat Monohydrate), Thimamine Mono Nitrate, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Inositol, Riboflavin, Tablet Coating (Hydroxy Propyl methyl cellulose, glycerin), Silica, stearic acid, Magnesium Stearate, folate (Quatrefolic(6S)-5-methyl tetra hydro folate, glucosamine salt), vitamin B12, (Methylcobalamine), biotin.

Use
Take 1 tablet per day with a meal, unless otherwise is advised. Do not use when pregnant or if you are breast feeding. Long-term intake of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Keep in a cool and dry place.
