Lamberts Vitamin B100 complex is a high dosed comprehensive complex of the important group B vitamins. Also the concentrations of the substances Inositol and the ¢oebrainfood¢ choline are both high.

Usually used for a short period (2 months), and then continues with the Vitamin B50 complex.

Cellulose,Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), thiamine Mono Nitrate, pantothenic acid (Calciumpantothenaat), Inositol, Riboflavin, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Cholinebitartraat, dicalcium phosphate, Hydroxy Propyl methyl cellulose, Paraaminobenzoeenzuur, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum Tablet Coating (Hydroxy Propyl methyl cellulose, glycerin), Silica, stearic acid, Magnesium Stearate, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamine), biotin.

Use:
1 tablet per day with a meal, unless otherwise is advised.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding if it.
