The vitamin E capsules contain Lamberts vitamin E in its natural form: d-alpha tocopherol. This form is present in nutrients, such as nuts and vegetable oils. In this form vitamin E is easy to absorb. The vitamin E which Lamberts uses comes from natural sources and is produced from sunflower oil. The natural form held a twice as strong potency than its synthetic equivalent dl-alpha tocopherol. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage

Use:
1 to 2 capsules per day with a meal, unless otherwise is advised.

Warnings for Use:
Persons with elevated blood pressure who use vitamin E for the first time, start with a low dose and slowly increase this under the supervision of the doctor Or therapist. People who take oral anti-coagulants must be accompanied, because higher doses of vitamin E strengthens the effects of anticoagulants.
