Composition per daily dose of 1 tablet
1000 mg Magnesiumbisglycinaat 10%
100 mg elemental magnesium claim (27% ADH*)
1,5 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate (107% ADH*)

Ingredients
Magnesiumbisglycinaat, stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose), emulsifier (magnesium stearate), Antik firework medium (silica, talk), thickeners (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, hydroxy propyl cellulose), titanium dioxide (dye), shiny medium (coconut oil), vitamin B6.

Use
1 - 4 times per day 1 tablet with a glass of water, preferably during the meals.
