Taurine is one of the less known sulfur amino acids, and can be made in the body from cysteine, provided that vitamin B6 is present.

Auxiliary Substances:
capsule (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose),  micro-crystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.. Disintegration time: within an hour.

Use:
1-3 capsules per day, unless otherwise is advised.
Amino acids should preferably be taken with fruit juice or water; not with milk. An amino acid can best be taken half an hour before a meal or when going to bed.

Warnings for Use:
Do not use on children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding if one.
