Most supplements with co-enzyme Q10 are typically the oxidised form, called ubiquinon. Oxidised Q10 after oral ingestion largely converted into ubiquinol, the body's own biologically active form of Q10.
This conversion process is not necessary when using Vitals Ubiquinol, a nutritional supplement that contains biologically active Q10 delivered in a ready-to-use form.
