ViaNatura Omega 3-6-9 is one of the most complete fatty acid formulas. The combination of these 3 complementary unsaturated fatty acids ensures an optimal fatty acid balance. ViaNatura Omega 3-6-9 contains purified fish oil, the largest source of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids: EPA & DHA. These fatty acids contribute to the preservation of a healthy heart, at a daily intake of 2 capsules per day: 300 mg EPA/DHA.

ViaNatura Omega 3-6-9 also includes cold pressed linseed oil, rich in the Omega-3 fatty acid Alpha linolenic acid (ALA) and the Omega-6 fatty acids linoleic acid. As a source of the omega-9 fatty acid oleic acid, there is olive oil added to the formula.
