Selenium Enriched yeast (SelenoPrecise®)*, filler: Microcrystalline cellulose, reinforcement colorants: dicalcium phosphate, silica, lustres: hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, talk, Antik firework medium: magnesium salts of fatty acids, color: titanium dioxide.  

Dosage
1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised.
Preferably during / after the meal. Take whole.
