Vitamin C contributes to a good collagen formation for the normal operation of the blood vessels. It also supports vitamin B1 the energy metabolism and vitamin C helps in the reduction of fatigue.

The body builds a reserve of two forms of CoQ10: ubiquinone (the oxidised form) and ubiquinol (the reduced form). Ubiquinol occurs the most. The ability to convert ubiquinone in ubiquinol decreases with age. That is why it is useful to take ubiquinol. This CoQ10 is ready-to-use, because a conversion is not necessary.
