These capsules are composed of kephir (main component), coir Blossom sugar and coconut flour. Kephir is known for its pre- and Probiotice properties and has been used for hundreds of years. It consists of a form of society of lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, streptococci and others

Coconut Blossom sugar and coconut flour are added because they enhance the growth of lactic acid bacteria in the intestines. This makes these capsules a so-called synbiotica, a mixture of probiotics and prebiotics.

Ingredients

Use
2 - 4 capsules per day with water, preferably in the evening.
