Ingredients
calcium, iron, copper, molybdenum, zinc, filler (cellulose), vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B11, B12, C), anti-caking agents (stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate), a thickener (Cros Carmel lose sodium), coating (HPMC, polypropyleneglycol, triacetin, titanium dioxide).

Adults: take 1 tablet per day, preferably before bedtime.

Store in a closed container at room temperature (15-25 °C) on a dry dark place.
