Vitamin C 500 time release & bioflavonoids 100tab from Lamberts releases the vitamin C over a period of 6 -8 hours. This way the vitamin C is much better used and stays much longer active in the body.

Ingredients:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), dicalcium phosphate, Cell- lulose, Citrusbioflavonoïden complex, stearic acid, Tablet Coating (Hydroxy- propyl methyl cellulose, glycerin), Silica, Rosehip Powder, Magnesium Stearate.

Use:
Take 3 times per day 1 to 2 tablets, unless otherwise adviced. Preferably during a meal. More than 1000mg Vitamin C can give mild stomach complaints.
