Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) was first discovered in the 1930s, when it was isolated from yeast-extract. This special member of the B-complex family contributes to a normal energy supplier metabolism, a normal functioning of the nervous system and conservation of normal mucous membranes. Conservation of normal red blood cells, normal skin, normal vision, normal metabolism of iron and protection of cells against oxidative damage.

Ingredients:
Cellulose, Capsule (Hydroxy Propyl methyl cellulose), Riboflavin, Silica, Magnesium Stearate.

Use:
1-2 capsules per day at a meal, unless otherwise is advised.
