Hop cones fruit (Humulus lupulus)	120 mg
Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis)	120 mg
Lavender-flowers (LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA)	60 mg

Ingredients
Dry extracts of herbs, reinforcement medium (cellulose).
This product only contains vegetable raw materials, therefore also suitable for vegetarianërs.

Use
3 times per day 1 capsule to be taken with plenty of water. If necessary, every hour to be taken. Do not use during the period of pregnancy and breastfeeding. St. John's wort can influence the effects of medicinal products adversely.
