According to experts no less than 80% of the Dutch population, especially in winter, has a vitamin D deficit. Vitamin D is created by the skin under the influence of sunlight: so if we wear clothes, sun cream, a dark tinted skin during spring, autumn and winter, we do not receive enough vitamin D. The Health Council recommends a daily supplement with a D3 supplement. Vitamin D3 plays an important role in the botopbouw(children/elderly), the immune system(Resistance) and the nervous system(movement/ reaction).
