Lemon balm                          500 mg           4000 mg
(melissae folium extract 5:1)     100 mg             800 mg 

Passion Flower                            500 mg             4000 mg
(passiflorae herba extract 5:1) 100 mg               800 mg
 
Valeriaan                                 500 mg            4000 mg
(Valeri anae radix extract 5:1)    100 mg             800 mg 

Ingredients
melissae folium, passiflorae herba, Valeri anae radix, micro-crystalline cellulose, silicone dioxide, Capsule Wall: water, gelatine

Use:
2-3 x daily 1 capsule. This may be increased to 3 x daily 2 capsules. Possibly 1 hour before going to bed take another 2 capsules.
