High oleïc sunflower oil comes from a special breed of sunflowers and is absolutely GMO-free. Biological high oleïc sunflower oil contains approximately four times as much as the regular oleic acid sunflower oil and is therefore one of the best vegetable oliëN for high heat. Not all oliën are suitable for frying. To do this we recommend a so-called stable oil. High oleïc sunflower oil is an example of this. This oil contains a high content of unsaturated fatty acids single.
