Our dried cranberries are sweetened with sugar cane and from Canada. The reason why our cranberries with cane sugar are sweetened, is to the sour taste of the cranberry bes to compensate. The natural acidity in cranberries is so high that they can oxidize in the short term, by adding cane sugar is prolonged this process.

60% organic cranberries, 39% organic cane sugar, 1% organic sunflower oil.
