Preparation for brownies

Ingredients
Chocolate Powder* (blond cane sugar**, COCOA** minimum 32%), pieces of pure chocolate* (cocoa mass*, blond Cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, Emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract*), Bright wheat flour* type 65*, blond cane sugar**

Use
For 8 pieces of cake:
Add to your preparation:
3 eggs, 150 gram of fat
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Butter and sprinkle with flour in a rectangular or square Baking tin (max 20 x 20 cm)
Let fat melt in a large pan. As soon as it is liquid from the heat, add the preparation.
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
Do the eggs in one by one. Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Observe the brownies carefully 2 to 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. The brownie is ready when the middld of the browny is not sticky.

Keep dark, dry and keep at moderate temperatures.
