Use
Preparation: 1. Mix 500g special pizza flour in a salad bowl with 350ml lukewarm water (25°C) + 21 g organic sourdough of Primeal + 10 g salt (1 cc). 2. Let it rest a while to dampen the flour and knead by hand (or in a kneading machine) for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Let it rest for 1h30 - 2h00 with the lid closed at room temperature (22°C). 4. Roll out the dough, garnish and bake in the oven at 210°-240°C for approximately 30 min. Store in a dry and cool place and consume quickly after opening.
