Use
Fast Preparation: 1 vol. of semolina in 3 to 4 vol. water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 min with regular stirring, then add salt or sugar.
Can be used for making gnocchi, quenelles, cake of semolina.
Keep dark, dry and keep at moderate temperatures. This product is packaged under protected atmosphere.
