Use
Wash your hands, use clean or sterilized materials and check carefully that the top of the package. Mix the required amount of Profitar with sufficient cold liquid into a smooth paste. Stir the food/drink. Prepare the supply per portion and use within 2 hours.

Not suitable as the sole source of food. Can be used for both sweet and savory food/drinks.

Use only the supplied measuring spoon. 1 spoonful (2,5 grams powder) delivers 2,2 grams of protein.
