Linseed comes from the flax plant and the oil is therefore also referred to as flax seed oil. You can have a good linseed green salad or to a pasta or rice meal add.
Use of Bountiful linseed oil can be done in various ways. For example to cook. But it is not a good idea for the oil to baking or frying. It is therefore not suitable for. This is because there is harmful substances are released as linseed oil is heated to a high temperature. Other oliën than is better. Linseed oil can easily be used by for example a salad dressing, sauce, soup or yogurt.
