Organic finely ground Coconut Flour.
Coconut Flour consists of the fine fibers of dried coconut meat and is 100% organic. The coconut is dried and degrease and then ground to a powder. This naturally gluten-free flour has a consistency which is comparable with wheat flour. You can do a quarter of the flour in standard recipes can easily be replaced by coconut flour. There are also a lot of delicious recipes which use only coconut flour
