Use:
Apply 200 ml of milk with 4 tablespoons flakes and bring to the boil and stir in 5 to 10 minutes, then a few minutes leave covered.
To add flavor to muesli, yoghurt, smoothie, pastries, bread, PAP, etc. oat flakes are also suitable for self-oats to make milk.
