maïszetmeel*, wholegrain rice flour*, white rice flour*, wholegrain millet flower, sea salt, guargom, quinoa-sourdough powder* (quinoameel*, rice flour*, zuursels), a thickener (xanthaangom).

Use
Supplies white bread: 
400 gram mix (in the packaging)
7 grams of dry yeast (not in the packaging)
400 ml lukewarm water
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon oil or margarine

Do the mix together with the other Ingredients in a bowl and mix this during 3 to 4 minutes (in the kitchen robot is a bit easier to this, first in slow position then slightly faster).
Best Rich a bread form (afm. 22x1 1X7) with oil or margarine.
