Use
Clean each morning and evening the facial skin with this soothing gel. Divide the gel between the hands and massage it into the skin of the face. Disconnect the hands damp with water, gently massaging gel again until this constitutes a white substance. Clean with lukewarm water and pat dry the skin. Continued with the MIneral Toning water and then take the SKINPRO Calming Moisturizer (evening)  or the SKINPRO protective moisturizing cream SPF50 (morning).
